The Tallapoosa County Board of Education meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 4:00 PM in the TCBOE Board Room.
A link to attend the meeting virtually will be posted by 8 AM on the day of the meeting.
The Board Meeting for the Tallapoosa County Board of Education will continue to have limited in person attendance and will be broadcast in a virtual meeting format.
Please use the Link Below to view it Live Stream. If you would like to address the Board your request must be sent to the Board Secretary by noon on Wednesday prior to the meeting.

Superintendent's Contract With The Residents of Tallapoosa County
As Superintendent of Education, I pledge to the people of Tallapoosa County to do the following:
- Be fair and consistent in leadership and decision-making.
- Get our limited fiscal resources aligned with our priorities and make the difficult decisions that have the greatest impact on student learning.
- Create a working relationship with the Board of Education based on TRUST and the PURPOSE for our school system.
- Up-grade our facilities.
- Create a VISION for our school system that involves a partnership among schools, parents, community and business that will prepare our students to be competitive for higher education and the Tallapoosa County workforce of the future.
